Chad's early experience as a Software Engineer at Productive Programming Incorporated involved application and database design, further solidifying a comprehensive skill set in software development. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos and an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from MiraCosta College.
