Richard Kretz

Richard Kretz has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Richard is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Laurel Road since July 2019. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Tealium starting from August 2015, where they focused on migrating the code base to React/Mobx and made enhancements to the Java 8 backend. From August 2014 to May 2015, Richard worked as a Software Engineer at Windstream Communications, where they followed the SCRUM methodology to develop a company web app using multiple languages and incorporating micro-services and expert system ideologies. As a Software Engineer Co-Op at Alstom Transport from February to July 2013, their responsibilities included working on independent projects, updating and testing the current project, and using Python to create a script for checking electronic board up time. Richard also has experience as a Computer Specialist at RIT from October 2010 to December 2011, where they provided support for computer-related issues.
