Siarhei Liashchuk

Siarhei Liashchuk has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps engineering and IT infrastructure management.

Siarhei began their career at the Belarussian Bank of Development and Reconstruction as a Systems Administrator in November 1998. Siarhei then moved on to JSC Belgazprombank, where they continued working as a Systems Administrator from September 2000 to September 2002.

In 2002, Siarhei joined Service M plus as a Systems Administrator and worked there until June 2005.

From July 2005 to January 2018, they worked at Instinctools, initially as the Head of QA and later as the Head of IT infrastructure. From May 2015 to October 2019, they served as the Head of DevOps, and then as the Lead DevOps Engineer from November 2019 to February 2021.

Currently, Siarhei is employed at Tealium as a Senior DevOps Engineer since March 2021.

Siarhei Liashchuk obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Metrics Fundamentals from Elastic in January 2021, Anomaly Detection for Cybersecurity, ECE Fundamentals, Elastic Endpoint Security Fundamentals, Fundamentals of Securing Elasticsearch, Introduction to Observability: Logging, and Kibana Fundamentals from Elastic in April 2020. Siarhei also completed a course on Running Kubernetes on AWS (EKS) from LinkedIn in April 2020. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Observability Fundamentals from Elastic in March 2020, Department head (Management school 8.0) from Stratoplan in December 2019, and ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in May 2017.
