D. J. Taylor, CSM, CSPO, KMP has over 13 years of experience in the field. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Product Manager and Project Navigator for Airship. In 2019, they worked as a Product and Training Manager for Momentum Telecom. From 2007 to 2019, they worked for AutoTec, LLC as a Product Owner, Director of Internal Training and Development, Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative. As Product Owner, they partnered with business leaders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine, and communicate business needs, collaborated with product management, development, and user experience design staff to lead on-time, successful scope definition and feature deployment, and ensured that the Product Backlog was constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value. As Director of Internal Training and Development, they helped to develop and maximize the potential of new and current employees by staying well informed of the ever changing marketplace, creating accessible documentation, and leading departmental training sessions to outline new information and processes critical to employee performance. D. J. also led quarterly departmental training sessions to ensure the best possible service for customers, and created training plans and work experiences to equip employees for promotion.

D. J. Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2009 and 2014. In 2021, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March.
