Cindy Henry Spurgeon

Cindy Henry Spurgeon has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Cindy most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Team Allied Distribution and Allied Exhaust Systems, Inc. In these roles, they oversaw financial operations and ensured compliance with relevant regulations. Prior to their current positions, Cindy worked as the Regional Chief Accounting Officer at Sims Metal Management Limited and as the Controller at LKQ Corporation. Cindy also held roles at Commercial Metals Company, Accounting Partners, SpeedFC, and various other companies as a contract accountant, gaining diverse experience in different industries. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls implementation.

Cindy Henry Spurgeon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, attending from 2003 to 2010. Cindy then pursued a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management with a focus in CPA and CFE at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner from ACFE in April 2012.
