Thomas Leschinski

Thomas Leschinski has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the beverage industry. Thomas began their career in 1992 with Brauerei Beck & Co, where they held various sales and marketing positions and was involved in international project management. In 2000, they joined Namibia Breweries Ltd as a Regional Manager before moving on to Brands International as the Director of Marketing & Strategy. Thomas then joined Interbrew Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG, where they served as the National Key Account Manager for On-trade Chains. Thomas continued to work for InBev Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG as the Head of Sales Wholesale National and later as the Head of Trade Marketing. Thomas joined Anheuser-Busch InBev Germany Holding GmbH in 2014, taking on roles such as Sales Director On-Trade GSA, Director Category Management, and Director Sales Strategy, among others. Thomas also worked with Anheuser-Busch InBev Italia as the Commercial Director for Italy. In 2017, Thomas joined Nordmann Unternehmensgruppe GmbH as the Head of Sales & Operations before returning to Anheuser-Busch InBev Germany Holding GmbH in 2018 as the Head of Operational Services. In 2020, they were promoted to their current position as the Head of People & Operations at Team Beverage AG. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated their expertise in sales, operations, category management, trade marketing, and leadership.

Thomas Leschinski has a diverse education history. In 1988, they obtained a University Entrance Diploma in General Studies from Gymnasium am Schulzentrum des Sekundarbereichs II in Bremen-Walle. In 1993, they pursued further education and received a Certified Industrial Manager degree from Wirtschafts- und Sozialakademie der Angestelltenkammer Bremen, specializing in Economics. Later, in 1996, Thomas completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Management with a focus on Economics and Management from Leeds Metropolitan University / University of applied science Bremen.
