Danielle Kroes

Danielle Kroes serves as the CTO of Netherlands at team.blue, where they apply their expertise in digital transformation and people management. Previously, Danielle held roles such as People & Change Leader at Cargill, where they led major organizational initiatives and implemented digital HR practices across the EMEA region. Danielle also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Merck Millipore and began their career as a Multilingual Recruiter at Randstad, generating new business beyond the traditional call center market. Danielle is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Arabic Language and Culture while holding two other degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Amsterdam.
