Sarah Healy

Sarah Healy has extensive experience in management and customer service within the financial and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Department Manager at Central States Funds/TeamCare since July 2017, Sarah oversees a team of 12-14 employees, ensuring compliance with policy and performance standards while resolving escalated issues and coaching for individual development. Previous roles include Quality Assurance and Training Supervisor and Pension Analyst, where Sarah analyzed pension applications and implemented training programs. Prior to this, Sarah worked in various capacities at ALE Solutions and Bridge Personnel Services, managing client accommodations and facilitating communication between clients and hotels. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Dayton.
