As the CEO of a number of federal, state, and city economic development organizations, Aqil Sabur developed and coordinated financing packages that leveraged hundreds of millions of dollars in private and public capital. Additionally, he helped to create a number of financial institutions that included banks, venture funds, micro-finance funds and credit unions. After serving in these prestigious positions, Aqil Sabur brought his expertise to Team Clean. Now the Vice President & CFO. Mr. Sabur is a native of South Philadelphia and counts his expertise in accounting, administration, banking, economic development, entrepreneurship, finance, and minority business as just a few of the skills he brings to the table.
