Chaz Behm

Chaz Behm is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating. Currently serving as the Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating at TEAM Construction Management since May 2021, Chaz has also held the position of Executive Vice President at Mason Building Company, Inc. since August 2007, where responsibilities include membership on the Executive Board. Chaz founded S 1 Consulting from January 2006 to August 2007, focusing on construction feasibility studies and cost estimating. Prior experience includes working as an Estimator at Perini Building Company from August 2004 to 2006. Chaz's educational background includes studies at the College of Southern Nevada from 2002 to 2004.
