Richard Dufty

Richard Dufty is a highly experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Revenue and Chief Customer Officer at Team Cymru since January 2024, leading a customer-focused organization that delivers value to Fortune 1000 clients globally. As the Founder of The Flywheel Project since June 2023, Richard collaborates with Founders and VC/PE firms in the U.S. and Australia on Go-To-Market strategies and growth initiatives. Previously, Richard held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Arkose Labs from January 2021 to June 2023, driving significant growth and improving sales performance metrics. Additionally, Richard served as Chief Revenue Officer at Human API from January 2020 to January 2021, achieving 100% year-over-year annual recurring revenue growth following an acquisition. At Bizagi, from January 2018 to January 2020, Richard built a large go-to-market organization and successfully transitioned the company to a SaaS model. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Law from the University of Newcastle.
