Alex Chua has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Feati University. With experience at companies such as Team Energy, SCECO Saudi Arabia, and US Naval Base Subic Bay, Alex has held positions such as Project Assistant Superintendent, Multicraft Foreman, and Electrical Instrument Leader. Responsibilities have included supporting senior managers with engineering details, implementing maintenance procedures for electrical equipment, and organizing preventive maintenance, repair, and testing for various facilities.

Team Energy
We are TeaM Energy -- one of the largest independent power producers in the Philippines, born out of a partnership between Japanese firms Tokyo Electric Power Company and Marubeni Corporation. With over 2,000 megawatts (MW) of installed generating capacity, we operate two clean coal facilities; namely, the 735 MW Pagbilao Power Station in Quezon, and the 1,200 MW Sual Power Station in Pangasinan. In addition to these, we have a 20% share in the 1,200 MW natural gas-fired plant in Ilijan, Batangas. All these efforts are aimed at addressing the country’s energy needs towards sustainable economic growth and development.
