Lizabeth Macabitas-Banao has extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic procurement, currently serving as a Strategic Procurement Manager and previously as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Team Energy since July 2019. Prior roles include Technical Purchaser at Fugro and Category Specialist at Energy Development Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed spend analysis, category management, and vendor performance. Lizabeth began a career in procurement at the Philippine National Oil Company as a Purchasing Assistant. Lizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis College and a certification in Geothermal Technology from Energy Academy.

We are TeaM Energy -- one of the largest independent power producers in the Philippines, born out of a partnership between Japanese firms Tokyo Electric Power Company and Marubeni Corporation. With over 2,000 megawatts (MW) of installed generating capacity, we operate two clean coal facilities; namely, the 735 MW Pagbilao Power Station in Quezon, and the 1,200 MW Sual Power Station in Pangasinan. In addition to these, we have a 20% share in the 1,200 MW natural gas-fired plant in Ilijan, Batangas. All these efforts are aimed at addressing the country’s energy needs towards sustainable economic growth and development.
