Carlos del Pozo

Carlos del Pozo began their career in 2009 as a Student at the US Army Infantry School, followed by roles as a Battalion Logistics Officer, Reconnaissance (Scout/Sniper) Platoon Leader, and Rifle Platoon Leader. In 2014, they became a Summer Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, and in 2015 they became the Managing Partner for Guardian Growth Fund. Carlos currently works as the Co-Founder for Team Engine.

Carlos del Pozo attended Princeton University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned an AB in East Asian Studies. Carlos then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2015.
