Nikhil Rajaram has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Staff Writer for The Campanile Newspaper. In 2015, they were an Intern at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration and an Editor-in-Chief at The Campanile, where they managed a staff of 60 people and helped redesign and revamp the newspaper and its website. In 2016, they were a Ground Station Engineer at the Colorado Space Grant Consortium, where they developed software-defined radio capability and modeled an S-Band antenna. In 2017 and 2018, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Cisco, where they implemented a text clustering algorithm and a testing framework with pytest. In 2019, they were a Summer Analyst at BlackRock, where they derived novel benchmarks providing industry-level context for ESG metrics and created a Solr-indexed Cassandra table. In 2020, they were a Software Engineering Analyst at BlackRock, where they retrained word embeddings for a text classifier and implemented a multiprocessed framework for evaluating the text classifier. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Team Engine.
Nikhil Rajaram attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.
