Sam Jones

Sam Jones has a wealth of work experience in the product and user experience space. Starting in 2014, Sam held a User Experience Co-op role at GE Digital. In 2017, Sam moved to Applied Predictive Technologies as a Senior User Experience Designer. In 2019, Sam joined Mastercard as a Director of the Product Development Team and a Manager of User Experience. Most recently, in 2022, Sam became the Director of Product & UX at Team Engine, where they are building a platform to help blue-collar businesses become more efficient and effective in hiring and retention.

Sam Jones obtained a Hopkins-Nanjing Center Certificate from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Sam then earned a Master of Science in Information with a focus on Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan - School of Information. Finally, Sam Jones obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Wellesley College. Additionally, they obtained a Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification from Textio in August 2022.
