Miles DeSouza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Miles started their career as a Runner at Tavern on the Green, Central Park in 2014, where they learned customer service skills and assisted waiters. In the same year, they also worked as a Student Ambassador at A. B. Freeman School of Business, managing student databases and organizing forms and examinations.
In 2015, Miles interned at Sports Illustrated as an Advertising Sales and Marketing Intern, gaining exposure to advertising sales and marketing strategies. Miles also interned at SWARM as a Marketing Intern, supporting marketing initiatives for the company.
During 2016, they interned as a Brand Marketing Intern at PMK•BNC, where they gained experience in brand marketing. Miles also worked as a Copywriter/Creative Intern at LOLA MullenLowe, contributing to creative projects. Additionally, they worked as a Student Fundraiser at Noel-Levitz, assisting in fundraising efforts.
In 2017, Miles joined Goldman as an Artist Manager, managing artists and their careers. Miles also worked at The BAM Connection as an Assistant Account Executive, supporting account management activities. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Account Executive, overseeing client accounts.
Since 2019, Miles has been working at Team Epiphany, where they started as a Creative Strategist and later became a Senior Creative Strategist. Currently, they hold the position of Strategy Director, leading strategic initiatives for the company.
Miles DeSouza's education history includes various academic institutions and fields of study. In 2009, they attended Trinity School NYC and obtained a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate, which they completed in 2013. In 2010, Miles participated in a Business School Summer Program at Columbia University. Miles then pursued their undergraduate studies at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Marketing. In 2016, Miles had a brief academic stint at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Lastly, in 2018, they attended Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they focused on Graphic Design.
