Michael Bursaw currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at West Pharmaceutical Services since February 2015, with additional experience as a Human Resources Manager in various capacities, including at the Grand Island Veterans Home under the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Bursaw has a strong background in managing comprehensive HR operations, overseeing teams, and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to these roles, Bursaw had a distinguished 19-year career in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Parachutist and leading HR initiatives for multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management in Human Resources Management from Excelsior University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts/History from the same institution, along with an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
