Kristi Bailey

Kristi Bailey is an experienced professional in business development and community engagement, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Team Hardinger Transportation since August 2019. In this role, Kristi oversees operations involving brokerage, warehousing, and a fleet specializing in varied freight services. Previously, Kristi was the President of Young Erie Professionals, achieving significant membership and revenue growth while spearheading a comprehensive rebranding initiative. As the Director of Business Development and Services at Erie Federal Credit Union, Kristi focused on outreach activities to enhance member engagement and foster partnerships. Kristi's career began as an Outreach Coordinator at GECAC, where efforts were directed towards assisting senior citizens in accessing nutritional assistance. Educationally, Kristi holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Gannon University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
