Amanda Diamantis

Amanda Diamantis, CCHP, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Recruitment at TeamHealth since February 2025. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, Amanda previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations at Centurion Health from October 2021 to February 2025, along with roles such as Director of Nurse and Clinical Recruiting. Prior to that, Amanda served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Armor Health and held multiple positions at Centurion, LLC, including Director of Nurse and Clinical Recruiting, Regional Manager of Nurse and Clinical Recruiting, and Lead Allied Recruiter. Amanda's career also includes time as Senior Physician Recruiter at TeamHealth and Director of Staffing & Recruiting at NaphCare, Inc. Amanda's professional journey began at TeamHealth as a Physician Recruiter in June 2008. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
