David Istvan

David Istvan, MD, MBA, currently serves as the President of the Northeast Group at TeamHealth since December 2013. Previously, David held the position of Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine from April 2008 to January 2015, and served as President of Medical Associates of Englewood, Inc. from June 2011 to December 2013. David also contributed as Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center from August 2007 to December 2013. David's academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
