Jennifer Doles

Jennifer Doles is an experienced finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Team Horner® since October 2021. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, cash management, audit coordination, internal controls, risk management, and team leadership. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Manufacturing Controller, managing accounting functions and participating in corporate data transformation. With a background as Sr Manager of Transportation at Saddle Creek Logistics Services, Jennifer was recognized with the Void Your Warranty Founder's Award in 2016 for contributions to the organization. Earlier roles include Controller at Rooter-Man of Tampa Bay and Merchandise Manager at T.I.S. College Bookstore/Textbook Brokers. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
