Aaron Swanson

Aaron Swanson has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at TEAM Industries since July 2018. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as a Mechanical Engineer at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) and held positions as a Design Engineer at Arctic Cat and Willmar Fabrication, where responsibilities included designing and developing equipment and systems in diverse industries such as ATV manufacturing and agriculture. Previous roles also include design and manufacturing engineering, alongside early experience in youth coordination and research internships. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University between 2004 and 2008.
