Tonia Karbowski

Tonia Karbowski is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in product design, development, and testing. Currently serving as a Warranty/Value Improvement Engineer at TEAM Industries since May 2017, Tonia previously worked as a Test Engineer in the same organization. Prior to TEAM Industries, Tonia held the position of Project Engineer at Nortech Systems, Inc. and spent nearly a decade at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities included developing anatomical models and collaborating with engineering teams and marketing departments for product testing and feedback. Tonia's early career involved roles at Crest Healthcare Supply, Electrolux, Arctic Cat Inc., and Mirro, focusing on design and production processes. Tonia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and has gained extensive expertise in engineering methodologies and product development.
