With a strong background in payroll management and strategic reward planning, Viviane has successfully managed compensation for over 4000 employees at Lord’s Cricket Ground, led significant projects like implementing new HRIS systems, and enacted pension strategies. Educational qualifications include degrees in Law and specialized training in Payroll Administration and Tax Law. Additionally, Viviane has held pivotal roles within the tax sector, including Tax Manager at Shell and Senior Tax Lawyer at Technip.
