Jason H.

Jason H. has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Jason currently serves as the Creative Director at Team Kaiju, where they are responsible for setting the overall creative direction for the game IP and shaping it according to business goals. Prior to this, they worked as the World / I.P. Director at the same company, where they focused on creative direction, world design, and IP development for a new and unannounced AAA video game IP.

Before joining Team Kaiju, Jason H. worked at TiMi Studio Group as the Narrative Design Director. During their time there, they collaborated with various teams to develop processes and best practices in the areas of Narrative Design and Western storytelling techniques. Jason also provided expertise and consultation to senior management in developing Narrative Design benchmarks and standards within the organization.
