Işıkcan Aysev

Işıkcan Aysev began their career as a Marketing Intern at BP in 2005 before moving on to a Global Communications Intern role at Henkel in 2008. Işıkcan then transitioned to consulting at Kearney, starting as a Consultant in 2009 and working their way up to Principal by 2019. In 2014, they became a Partner at OMAi GmbH before becoming the Chief Commercial Officer at HEROIC in 2021. Their most recent role is as the SVP Commercial at Team Liquid, starting in 2024.

Işıkcan Aysev attended TED Ankara Koleji for high school/secondary education from an unspecified year to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Bilkent University from 2002 to 2006. Işıkcan then completed a Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they engaged in international studies, including an exchange program at Maastricht University in 2005 and summer programs at Harvard University in 2004 and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2003. Aysev also obtained a Master of Science in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education in 2007 and 2008.
