Dawn Southard, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations at Team NEO, focusing on economic development and job creation in Northeast Ohio since March 2019. With a strong background in strategic development, Dawn has held roles such as Executive Advisor for Strategic Development for Accelerating Revenue Growth, Chief Strategy Officer at One Advocate Group, and Vice President of Marketing at The Adcom Group of Companies. Previous experience includes leading business development and marketing efforts at Goldfarb Weber Creative Media and working in financial services at Planned Financial Services and Windoes Travelogues. Dawn holds an MBA with a focus in Marketing from Western Michigan University and a BBA in Business Administration from Davenport University.
