Erika A. Roitblat-Bowers is a dedicated project manager specializing in programs and site selection with extensive experience in higher education and international relations. Currently at Team NEO since May 2017, Erika facilitates investment and job growth initiatives in Northeast Ohio, having previously served as a senior project coordinator and project coordinator. Prior roles include graduate assistant for education abroad at Cleveland State University, where Erika promoted international study opportunities and supported students, and university relations representative at CISabroad, building partnerships with universities and directing international trips. Erika holds a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and East Asian Studies from Ohio University.
