Dolan, a Northeast Ohio native, is the CEO of Team NEO, where they focus on driving economic growth and competitiveness in the region. They previously served in the Ohio House of Representatives (2005–2010) and the Ohio Senate (2017–2025), where they chaired the Finance Committee and oversaw billions in budget decisions. In the private sector, they were a partner at Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan LPA (1997–2024) and led investment and development at 7th Avenue Properties (2007–2024). They hold a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College.
