Haugan has experience as a Team Leader at F24 Nordics and served in various roles within the Norwegian Armed Forces, including Military Police Coordinator, Deputy Commander, and Platoon Commander. Svein Erik holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Tromsø and has a background in police subjects, law studies, and leadership development.
