Svein Erik Haugan

Svein Erik Haugan is the CEO of TEAM NORSO, a position they have held since December 2019. Svein was previously the head of talent research at Headvisor AS from October 2019 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were with Pappasjappa AS and AKH Eiendom AS. From December 2019 to September 2020, they were the team leader at F24 Nordics. Svein has also been chairman of the board at Aurora Consulting AS since September 2019.

Haugan began their career with the Norwegian Armed Forces in June 2014 as a military police coordinator and head of unit. In this role, they led a local military police unit and served as a liaison and adviser to the United States Marine Corps Military Police unit in Norway. Svein also served as a recruiter for the selection of officer candidates in June 2013 and July 2013.

Svein Erik Haugan has a Master's degree in Management from the University of Tromsø, a Bachelor's degree in Police subjects, Law Studies, Social Sciences including language, Practice, and optional subjects from the Norwegian Police University College, and a 1 year study in Leadership from Hedmark University College. Svein also has a 1/4 year study in Psychologie from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
