Morten Nybakk

Morten Nybakk is the business area manager for Norway at Team Olivia. Morten has also worked as the director for growth and development at Aberia Healthcare AS/ (adolfsen Group), the managing director/CEO of Tiltaksgruppen (TG)/ (Frøsunda Norge), and the managing director/CEO of Tiltak for ungdom -Agder (TUA)/ (Frøsunda Norge). Prior to that, they were an department head/milieu therapist at LØFT / (Human care), a sales manager at Ressursen, and a milieu therapist at VAS - ungdomsklinikken.

Morten Nybakk has a Bachelor's degree in Sosionom from University of Agder (UiA), and has also taken courses in Helseledelse, Personalutvikling og ledelse, and Veileder from BI Norwegian Business School and NKI Nettstudier.

They work with Carina Wessman - Business Area Manager, Personal Assistance, Sweden, Ann Surtell - HR Director, and Maria Andersson - Business Area Manager, Individual & Family, LSS Housing. Their manager is Ola Klingenborg, President & CEO.
