Paul J. Svec

Paul Svec has over 35 years of experience in sales and management within the telecommunications sector. As a Partner at Team One Solutions since March 2002, Paul oversees business management, sales, and marketing for a small and medium-sized business telephony integrator. Prior to this role, Paul served as VP of Sales at NEC America, where significant achievements included driving West Region sales from $20 million to $100 million, and as Director of Sales West at NEC Unified Solutions, where efforts to rebuild the reseller channel led to a threefold increase in sales over two years. Earlier in Paul's career, as Sales Director at ROLM Corp, leadership in a sales team resulted in notable client acquisitions, including HP and American Express. Paul has an extensive educational background, with degrees in English Literature from John Carroll University and English Language and Literature from Ohio Dominican University.
