Joel Dons

Joel Dons is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in account management and integrated campaign development. Currently serving as Executive Director at Team One since October 2016, Joel has held various leadership positions, including Management Director and Group Account Director. Previously, Joel supervised a team for the Lexus Dealer Association, leading advertising initiatives across 23 Western Region markets with a substantial annual budget. Joel's earlier roles include Account Supervisor for Lexus National and Account Executive, where successful campaigns spanned multiple media channels. Strong foundational experience was gained at Deutsch and The Phelps Group, alongside a BA in Advertising & Marketing from Pepperdine University.
