Nichole Kirsch is a seasoned media professional with over 20 years of experience in media planning and communications strategy. Currently serving as Management Director, Media at Team One since October 2018, Nichole leads national media planning for Lexus, managing a budget exceeding $200 million and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and partner agencies. Prior to this role, Nichole was Principal & Media Director at Firehouse, where strategic ad campaigns were developed for various industries. Additional experience includes positions at TracyLocke, where Nichole supervised media strategies across the U.S., and Ornelas and Associates, where foundational skills in media planning and buying were acquired.
