Shannon Franqui

Shannon Franqui is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Management Director of Growth at Team One since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading agency marketing, cultivating new client relationships, and enhancing the agency's industry profile. Prior to joining Team One, Shannon spent over 18 years at TBWA\Chiat\Day, holding various roles including Global Brand Leader and Account Director, managing notable accounts such as BEHR Paint, TikTok (For Business), and the LA Philharmonic, among others. Additional experience includes a voluntary role at Chrysalis Los Angeles, where Shannon provided induction training, and earlier positions at Deutsch, Inc. that focused on brand advertising for Mitsubishi Motors. Shannon holds a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California, earned in 1999.
