Sayantan Sur

Sayantan Sur is an experienced engineering professional with over a decade of experience in the electrical engineering field, particularly within the coal mining industry. Currently serving as an Intermediate Engineer at Team Power Solutions since October 2022, Sayantan also holds the title of Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Sayantan served as the Electrical Engineering Manager at Coal India Limited from January 2012 to April 2022, where responsibilities included acting as Chief Colliery Engineer and Electrical Safety Officer, focusing on the maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical equipment in mining operations. Sayantan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, completed in 2009.
