Vivy Nguyen is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in transaction management and sales. Currently serving as a Transaction Manager at Obsidian Capital Co. since January 2023, Vivy has accrued extensive experience as a Realtor with Team Price Real Estate since December 2021 and previously with GCG Investments, LLC and Dash Realty LLC. Earlier career roles included a Transaction Manager/Junior Analyst position at NAPA Ventures and a Financial Services Intern at D.R. Horton & DHI Mortgage. Vivy began in the industry as a Leasing Consultant for Grand Campus Living. A graduate of the Texas McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Vivy also gained international experience at the National University of Singapore.
