Shane Hoshal

Shane Hoshal is an experienced Field Quality Engineer at Team Quality Services since November 2016, with a strong background in various roles within the manufacturing sector. Prior experience includes a tenure at Toyota Canada Inc. as a Team Member from December 2004 to October 2016, and a managerial position at Specialty Plastics for a brief period in late 2004. Shane began in the industry at Freudenberg from June 1996 to June 2004, gaining skills as an injection molding operator, extruded operator, and team member in the milling department, as well as shipping and receiving operations. Shane is also noted for being a six sigma continuous improvement member. Educational accomplishments include a degree from Conestoga College in the Ontario Management Development Program.
