Tess Heerkens

Tess Heerkens is currently the Head of Talent Management National at Team Rockstars IT, leading a team of 17 talent managers across the country. Prior to this, Tess held leadership roles in business intelligence, CRM, and software development at CZ. With a background in HR, Tess has also worked in various HR advisory roles in companies like Texaco and FitnessFirst. Tess holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys Hogescholen.
