Paul Marsh

Paul Marsh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. As co-founder of Chase Inns since May 2023, Paul operates The Queens Head in Chesham and The Cross Keys in Great Missenden. Paul also founded SWITCH4PROFIT in February 2020, focusing on providing essential switching and advisory services for small businesses. In addition to these roles, Paul volunteers with Team Rubicon to assist vulnerable populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous positions include hospitality and retail consultancy at Dojo, directorship at M.B.C. Limited with notable consultancy roles, and regional operations management at Gala Coral Group Limited and Ei Group. Paul holds a B600 degree in Business Management from The Open University and a BTEC Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from St Helens College.
