Samuel Brokenshire

Samuel Brokenshire has extensive experience in disaster response and crisis management. Currently serving on the National Incident Management team at Team Rubicon USA since February 2014, Samuel contributes to rapid responses to both international and domestic disaster events, focusing on community stabilization post-disaster. Prior to this role, Samuel was the Region IX Operation Manager at the Federal Bureau of Prisons from May 1992 to January 2013 and also served as a Teacher/Instructor in Crisis Management with the United States Marine Corps from June 1982 to October 1991, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant and Current Intel Chief at the 1st Marine Aircraft Field Command. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Penn State University, completed in 1980.
