Fausto Fernandez Medina

Fausto Fernandez Medina has been working in the IT industry since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as a Senior Oracle Application Database Administrator at EUROVIA - AIE Tecnología Cajamar. Their daily work involved administration and maintenance of databases, as well as performance and optimization of databases through Oracle Enterprise Manager, analyzing data reported in and creating AWR Reports, ASH Reports, and ASSM reports. Fausto also improved the performance of the databases by analyzing execution plans of queries and creating indexes, parallelism, and scheduling of queries/jobs. In 2020, they began working as a DevOps Engineer at Team Satchel. Their current responsibilities include managing daily technologies such as EC2, RDS, Aurora, DMS, Lambda, Route53, VPC, subnets, security groups, IAM users, roles, policies, and permissions.

Fausto Fernandez Medina obtained their Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Gestión degree from the Universidad de Almería between 2008 and 2012, with a field of study in Ingeniería informática.
