Naimish Gohil has a wealth of experience in the technology and education industries. Naimish began their career in 2004 as a Software Product Engineer for AIRCOM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, where they wrote technical business requirements and managed accounts for major telecom companies. In 2005, they moved to Roadwatch UK as a Software Asset Manager, where they were responsible for translating business goals into technical specifications and monitoring risk assessment reports. In 2007, they became an ICT and Business Teacher at Northumberland Park Community School, where they developed several Business/IT solutions to improve department and organization workflow processes and significantly raised IT attainment for GCSE students. In 2008, they were appointed Assistant Headteacher at Henry Compton Boys School, where they managed IT services, security, audits, staff, budget and future development of IT. Finally, in 2011, they founded Team Satchel, launching the flagship software Show My Homework, designed to help teachers set, manage and analyse homework while also working to improve home-school communication. The company has since expanded its suite of products and works with over 1 million monthly active users.
Naimish Gohil completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brunel University London between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Brampton Manor School between 1993 and 1998.
