Since its founding, the organization has expanded and broadened throughout central and northeast Wisconsin, even reaching into Upper Michigan. Currently, Team Schierl Companies oversees 26 The Store convenience store locations, six Schierl Tire & Service Centers, one Hartje Tire & Service Center, 30 Subway locations, brand promotion of Northern Oasis Spirits, and Commercial Leasing & Development.

In addition to this, the company orchestrates a multitude of fundraising events throughout the year and supports numerous charities. Further contributing to local communities, Team Schierl Companies Charitable Giving Fund, held at the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin, is a donor-advised fund focused on giving back to a variety of causes that positively impact our society. Over $3.2 million has been donated since 1990 with these efforts.
