Elizabeth Caval-Williams, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as the Advocacy & Policy Leader at TEAM Services Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held positions including Director of Business Development at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital and Director of Business Development & Advocacy at Opportunity Management Group. Elizabeth's extensive experience in business development and advocacy is complemented by previous roles at Rise Services Inc. and Community Partnerships of Idaho, where various leadership and clinical positions were held. Elizabeth's clinical background includes work as a Mental Health Clinician at CenterPointe, Inc. and as a Medical Social Worker at St. Luke's. Elizabeth earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University.
