Charlotte Sears has accumulated extensive experience in product marketing and business development since joining TEAM Software in April 2015, where roles included Product Marketing Manager, Account Director, Business Development Executive, and Sales Support Specialist. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Product Designer at Arnold Wills & Co Ltd from January 2013 to April 2015, and as a Designer at Choy Hope Trading Limited from July 2012 to October 2013. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from De Montfort University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
