Raj Patel is a seasoned software support consultant with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently employed at TEAM Software since December 2020, Raj previously held roles at Marston's PLC as the Retail Systems Technical Support Team Leader and EPOS Technical Support Analyst, where responsibilities included managing central server operations and providing technical assistance for retail and hospitality systems. Prior to that, Raj worked at BT Expedite as a QA Test Analyst and Technical Support Analyst, and at DSGI as a Field Service Engineer, focusing on hardware, software, and network support. Raj holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences and an HND in Mathematics & Statistics from Coventry University.
