Available has been the Chief Customer Officer at Team Solutions Dental since December 2013.

Available's previous experience includes being the Executive Director of Operations at National Dentex Corp from January 2006 to December 2013. At National Dentex Corp, Available started as a Laboratory Production Manager and was promoted 5 times in 8 years. As Executive Director of Operations, Available led 5 locations in 3 states with over 100 team members and was responsible for production of over 10 million in retail sales. Available also trained unit managers and operational leaders at all levels and created a Professional Development Program for current and future managers. Lastly, Available grew sales revenue by over 20% and increased operational efficiencies setting new benchmarks company wide.

During Available's time at National Dentex Corp, Available also managed key projects and key accounts including directly managing the acquisition, integration and service of the largest new client in the history of the region. Additionally, Available successfully managed the integration of the two largest business units in the region, including a full facility renovation and build out. Lastly, Available reduced internal costs and improved error rates throughout the organization while integrating digital production into analog workflow, introduced lean concepts and added new team members.

Available studied at McQuaid Jesuit High School and went on to get certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt professional Certified (LBBPC). They also have certification from The Dawson Academy in Dawson Academy Alumnus and National Board of Certification in Certified Dental Technician (CDT).

They are on a team with Available - Chief Operating Officer, Available - Legal Counsel, and Jason Borden - Director of Business Development/Owner. Vacant - Director of Customer Experience, Vacant - Regional Strategy For Clinical Support, and Kristen Alfriend - Director of Client Relations report to Available. Available reports to Jason DeFranco, President and CEO.
