Available has been working as legal counsel for Team Solutions Dental since December 2013. Prior to that, they spent 8 years with National Dentex Corp, where they began as a Laboratory Production Manager and were eventually promoted to Executive Director of Operations. In this role, they led 5 locations in 3 states with over 100 team members and were responsible for production of over 10 million in retail sales.

During their time with National Dentex Corp, Available was also responsible for key projects and accounts, including the successful acquisition, integration and servicing of the largest new client in the company's history. They also managed the successful integration of the two largest business units in the region, including a full facility renovation and build out. Throughout their time with the organization, they reduced internal costs and improved error rates while also introducing digital production into analog workflow and adding new team members.

Available attended McQuaid Jesuit High School and earned a certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt professional Certified (LBBPC). Available also has a certification from The Dawson Academy in Dawson Academy Alumnus and a certification from National Board of Certification in Certified Dental Technician (CDT).

Their manager is Jason DeFranco, President and CEO. They work with Available - Chief Customer Officer, Available - Chief Communications Officer, and Available - Chief Human Resources Officer.
